WagyuMama T-Bone STeaks- a steak house favourite!  The T-Bone combines a Rib-eye and a smaller portion of the Tenderloin. (The Porterhouse has a larger tenderloin filet section.) 

This is a winnng choice wih a 12 ounce 1.5 inch thick cut steak.

 

Please note owning to their large size and fact that they contain meat from two most prized cuts of beef (the short loain and tenderloin) the T-Bone steak is generally considered one f the highest quality steaks.
